A Meesho label PDF usually has the shipping label at the top of a larger page. Printing it as-is wastes paper, so most sellers crop each page down to the label first. This guide walks through doing that with the Meesho label cropper.

Before you start

Download the label PDF from your Meesho supplier panel and keep it unedited. Cropping works best on the original file, because the tool reads the text on each page to find where the label sits. Scanned or screenshot PDFs have no readable text, so automatic detection may miss them.

How to crop Meesho shipping labels online

  1. Open the Meesho label cropper and make sure Meesho is selected.
  2. Drag your PDF onto the upload area, or choose it with Browse Files. You can add more than one PDF from the same marketplace.
  3. Leave auto-detect on. The tool looks for the label on every page and crops to it.
  4. Turn on Group labels by SKU only if you want labels sorted for packing. This also produces a SKU picklist you can copy.
  5. Press Crop Labels, then open the preview.
  6. If the preview looks right, download the cropped PDF.

Check the crop before printing

Scroll through the preview and look at a few things on several pages, not just the first: the barcode is complete, the address block is not clipped, and no part of a neighbouring page is showing. If detection missed a page, the tool tells you, and falls back to the manual crop area under Advanced crop settings.

The cropped pages keep the original vector text and barcodes and are not resized, so the output page is exactly the size of the area that was cropped.

Adjusting the crop manually

Open Advanced crop settings to change the Left, Top, Width and Height values, given as a percentage of the page. These are used when auto-detect is off or fails. Change one value at a time, crop again and compare the preview.

A practical example

Example: a seller downloads a 20-page Meesho label PDF, selects Meesho, adds the file and presses Crop Labels. The tool produces Labels_Meesho_20.pdf with 20 label-only pages. In the preview they check pages 1, 10 and 20 for a complete barcode and address, then download and print one test label.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • Choosing Flipkart for a Meesho PDF: select Meesho and crop again.
  • Using a screenshot or scanned copy: download the original label PDF again, because detection reads the text in the PDF.
  • Expecting a 4x6 page: the output keeps the label's own size. See Meesho PDF to 4x6.
  • Not checking the preview: if some pages are reported as undetected, check them and adjust the crop area.

Printing

Once you have the file, see printing on a 4×6 thermal printer or printing on A4 paper. If something prints too small or cut off, use the printing problems guide.

Frequently asked questions

How do I crop a Meesho label?

Select Meesho, upload the label PDF, press Crop Labels, check the preview and download the cropped PDF.

Is there a free Meesho label cropper?

Yes. This tool is free, needs no signup and adds no watermark.

Does it crop the Meesho label automatically?

The tool finds the Meesho label on each page automatically. If a page is not detected, it tells you and uses the crop area in Advanced crop settings, so check the preview.

Can I crop and sort Meesho labels by SKU in one go?

Yes. Add several PDFs of one marketplace, tick Group labels by SKU and copy the SKU picklist. This needs readable SKU text in the PDF.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The PDF is read and cropped in your browser and is not sent to any server.

Does the crop remove the invoice from the Meesho PDF?

The cropped pages show the label only, so the invoice below it is not visible. The crop hides it rather than erasing it, so do not use it to redact the invoice. Your original file is not changed. See how the invoice is handled.
