How to crop a Meesho shipping label PDF

Detection, invoice area, and manual adjustment
The Meesho detector looks for text such as “Customer Address” and “Product Details” and uses the “TAX INVOICE” heading, when present, to locate the lower edge of the label. The crop output keeps the detected label area and leaves the invoice below it out. If a page is not detected, the tool uses its fallback crop area; open “Advanced crop settings” to adjust that area and check the page in the preview.
The tool processes one selected marketplace format per run, and reads PDF text for SKU grouping, so scanned or screenshot PDFs may show UNKNOWN in the picklist.
Preview and print the cropped PDF
The output keeps each crop at the cropped area’s page size. In the print dialog, choose the matching label stock, such as 4 × 6 inch (100 × 150 mm), and check scaling. Print a sample page and confirm the barcode is readable before printing a full batch.

The tool does not delete the invoice from your file. It crops each page down to the label area, so the invoice that sits below the label is not visible in the cropped PDF. The crop hides the rest of the page rather than erasing it: the new file still carries the original page content, clipped to the label, so do not rely on it to redact the invoice before sharing the file. Label Cropper does not download labels from Meesho. You download the label PDF yourself from your Meesho supplier account, and because the menus and options can change, follow Meesho's own current instructions for that step.
